EXW (Ex Works)

Seller is only obliged to return the goods to the buyer or its representative within that period may be the seller's factory or premises. Seller is not responsible for loading the goods on the vehicle. Buyer shall bear all transport risks. Ex Works rules require the least amount of the seller's liability.

FCA (Free Carrier)

The seller delivered the goods to the transporter or his representative specified location. On cargo damage, destruction seller is held liable to the carrier or its agent warehouse. CPT (Carriage Paid To)

The seller pays the way to the designated place, transporter or transporter representative. On cargo damage, the loss during transport is responsible vendor to the first carrier or agent depot. CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid To)

DAT - (Delivered At Terminal)

Seller shall bear the costs of transport to a designated warehouse in the destination country, except for the costs associated with the import declaration, and bear all risks until unloading in the country of destination specified in the warehouse.

DAP - (Delivered At Place)

Seller shall bear the costs of transport to a designated point of destination in the country, with the exception of the costs associated with the import declaration, and bear all risks until the goods are ready to be discharged; unloading by the buyer.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

For sending the shipment to the recipient pays the seller the door, including taxes customs. On taxes any reservations, such as the DDP except natural resources tax. The seller is responsible for the cargo damage throughout transport to the recipient's door.

FAS (Free Alongside Ship)

The seller of goods to be delivered to the landing. Buyer assumes export procedure for handling and cargo delivery on board the vessel. The seller is liable for damage to goods Informed Wharf, on responsibility of the buyer.

FOB (Free On Board)

The seller delivered the goods to transport the side. The seller's responsibility ends when the load is dumped onto the vehicle onboard. For loading, and all the export procedures shall be paid by the seller.

CFR (Cost and Freight)

The seller pays for transportation to designated ports. Liability for cargo damage the vendor to transport the side, but not further - the buyer. Insurance is the buyer's responsibility.

CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight)

Freight and insurance paid by the seller to the specified location.
